Banana Boat Rides
Most people that go to South Padre Island go there for the beach & the ocean. Once they arrive, they soon discover that while building sand castles, boogie boarding & playing in the surf is fun – they want a bit more – and that perfectly describes Banana Boat Rides.
A banana boat is a heavy duty vinyl inflatable that looks like a big ol’ log or “banana” that gets towed behind a speed boat and holds 6 to 8 people.
We use USCG approved watercraft to tow our 6 person Banana Boats through the ocean. Will you get wet? Yes. Will you fall off? Probably – but that’s half the fun. Life jackets are required, our crew has spotters to assist you when you wipe out as well. Banana Boating on a 100 degree day in the ocean is unbeatable and gets you on & in the water in a thrilling way.
