Tandem Parasailing
One of the coolest activities you can do on South Padre is parasailing. Parasailing on the Island is most definitely the safest place to try this aerial high thrill activity. Our crews use a huge 40 foot deck boat to get you harnessed up in the safety gear. Then, they “reel” you up 120 feet into the air as you hang in a sling below a parachute. The nice thing about our parasailing is you can do this with a partner or friend to overcome your fear of going it alone.
Bring a disposable camera to get some great shots in the air – and remember, you have both a life jacket on, and you are suspended by a parachute to ensure safety. When this 20 minute tour is done, you will be reeled back down to the deck boat and brought back into shore.
