Full Service Wedding Planning
From the moment you are proposed to, until you fly away on your honeymoon, our wedding planning provides full service wedding coordination and consultation for the busy bride and groom, as well as relieving stress from the parents & parents-to-be. We begin by finding a wonderful location for your reception, creating a master to do list and talking about your budget. Our wedding consultants are involved with securing the vendors for your event as well as help with design and decor. We will be there throughout your entire engagement to assure that you are on schedule for your perfect wedding on the beach on South Padre Island. This package allows couples the time to enjoy the planning process, have professional help along the way, stay within budget, and more than anything – have fun!

Wedding Weekend Coordination
This package is for the bride and groom who wants a coordinator present on their Wedding Weekend, and not just “day of.” We will begin to meet about two months prior to your Wedding Day (ideally not less, but accommodations can sometimes be made)  to talk about the itinerary for the wedding day and make sure that all the little details have been considered. A Planner will be present at your rehearsal to assure a smooth and effective rehearsal and be  present “the day of” to assure everyone is in the right place at the right time (from your family and wedding party, to your vendors, to full service travel planning, to the limo waiting to whisk you away to your beachfront suite (which we can also arrange). On your wedding day; leave the organizing to us and relax to celebrate your big day

Custom Consultation
Not every bride needs help with or throughout the entire planning process so we do offer a “do it yourself package.” This is a thorough consultation with our Coordinator to create a “blueprint” for a perfect day.  We will point you in the right direction to have a stress free planning process. A timeline and budget are developed that you are comfortable with, as well as answering any etiquette questions. The bride and groom will be supplied with vendor recommendations following during their consultation in each category to contact.

We also offer A La Carte Services from hourly consultation to custom packages based on your individual needs.
